Our laboratory applies advanced proteomics technologies to understand complex biological systems. By integrating mass spectrometry with protein footprinting and affinity purification, we elucidate the dynamic networks of protein interactions and structural changes within cells. Furthermore, we explore how these protein networks are remodeled under various physiological conditions, including disease states, drug treatments, and environmental changes, to uncover the molecular basis of biological phenomena and ultimately advance translational research toward therapeutic development.
